The EdenRise grounds are designed as carefully as the villas themselves: secure, green and open to the view.
Gated grounds
The entire village territory is fenced and supervised. Children can play freely while you relax without worry. Parking is inside the grounds.
The river valley
The villas stand on the edge of a wide river valley — the stony riverbed and the red cliffs of the far bank are visible from the windows. Falling asleep to the sound of water is the norm here.
Leisure areas
Wide terraces, outdoor furniture and a shaded gazebo — for open-air lunches, evening tea or an afternoon with a book. In the evenings the villa facades light up.
Greenery
A fresh lawn, a young fir hedge and oak forests all around. The grounds grow greener every year — the village grows together with nature.
